Booking Terms and Conditions Advance Booking: All appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability and proper preparation. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. We accept payments via secure online platforms. Details will be provided during the booking process. Confirmation: Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with your appointment details. Please review this email to ensure all information is correct. Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable but may be rescheduled at our discretion. Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability. No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your session, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time to accommodate other clients. No refunds will be provided for shortened sessions. Online Session Policy Preparation: For online sessions, please ensure you have a stable internet connection and a quiet, private space for the duration of your session. A link to join the session will be sent via email upon confirmation of your booking. Technical Issues: If technical difficulties arise on our end, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost. If technical issues occur on the client’s end, rescheduling will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Privacy and Confidentiality Your personal and session details will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for booking and service purposes.
