Participant Disclaimer for Sound Healing Sessions By attending the Sound Healing Session, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: You are voluntarily participating in this session and understand that it involves the use of sound and vibration, which may cause physical or emotional discomfort. 1. You are aware that sound healing is not a substitute for medical treatment and does not diagnose, treat, or cure any physical or mental illness. 2. You take full responsibility for your physical and emotional well-being during the session and release the organizer, facilitator, and venue from any liability for any injury, harm, or damage that may occur as a result of your participation. 3. ⁠You agree to disclose any pre-existing medical conditions or disabilities that may be affected by the use of sound and vibration, in advance to mangetsuhealingstudio@gmail.com and to inform the facilitator immediately if you experience any discomfort during the session. 4. You understand that the session may include the use of photographic or audio/video recording equipment and that your image or voice may be captured and used for promotional purposes. 5. By attending the Sound Healing Session, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions and are participating at your own risk.
