Service Description
Reset & Rejuvenate: A Peaceful Start to the Week This session is designed to help participants release the stress of the past week, clear their minds, and set intentions for the upcoming week. The focus will be on relaxation, grounding, and manifestation through guided meditation, light movement, and sound healing. Class Flow (1 Hour): Welcome & Intention Setting (5 minutes) Brief check-in with participants. Share the theme of the session: Letting go of the old and embracing new energy for the week. Guide participants to set a personal intention for the class. Gentle Warm-Up/Body Relaxation (10 minutes) Simple stretches or gentle yoga poses to release tension, focusing on the neck, shoulders, and back. Use breathwork to deepen relaxation (e.g., 4-7-8 breathing or alternate nostril breathing). Guided Meditation (15 minutes) Theme: Grounding and manifesting. Visualize releasing negative energy into the Earth and drawing in revitalizing energy. Guide participants to imagine their ideal week, visualizing success, peace, and joy. Sound Healing Session (20 minutes) Use singing bowls, chimes, or gongs to create a deeply relaxing soundscape. Focus on balancing the heart and third-eye chakras for clarity and emotional alignment. Encourage participants to lie down comfortably and immerse themselves in the sound vibrations. Closing Reflection (10 minutes) Gently bring participants out of relaxation with soft music or chimes. Share a brief gratitude practice to close the session (e.g., thinking of three things they’re grateful for). Open the floor for participants to share their experiences or reflections. Additional Details: Location/Setting: Calm, dimly lit room with candles or soft lighting to create a tranquil ambiance. Props: Yoga mats, cushions, blankets, and optional eye masks for relaxation. Duration: 60 minutes (can be adjusted to fit preferences). Audience: Open to all skill levels, no prior experience needed. This regular Sunday evening class creates a serene space for participants to relax, reflect, and recharge before starting the new week.

You understand that the session may include the use of photographic or audio/video recording equipment and that your image or voice may be captured and used for promotional purposes. 5.
