Program Overview:
This online program is designed to guide participants through a powerful process of releasing energetic blocks, manifesting your desires, and grounding yourself in gratitude. Through guided meditation and visualization techniques, participants will experience emotional release, alignment, and inner peace—all from the comfort of their own space.
Program Flow:
1. Welcome & Intention Setting (10 minutes)

Introduction to the program’s purpose: “Release what no longer serves you, align with your desires, and ground in gratitude.”

Short grounding exercise: Deep breathing and visualization to anchor the group’s energy.

Participants are guided to set personal intentions for the session.
2. Cord Cutting Meditation (30–45 minutes)

Objective: Release energetic cords and attachments to people, situations, or emotions that drain your energy.

Guided visualization process:

Participants will imagine cords connecting them to draining influences.

A divine figure (e.g., Archangel Michael) will gently cut these cords with a glowing sword, releasing the participant from old attachments.

Focus on feelings of freedom, lightness, and clarity after the clearing.

3. Theta Healing Manifestation (30–45 minutes)
